It is located on a quiet street which is a short walk to the beach, cliff walk as well as the the Middletown shops and restaurants. It is also a short drive or longer walk past the beach to downtown Newport.
Each of the two units has a private outdoor space and driveway.
1) In-Law suite "Efficient-Sea on Easton's Point"- 1 queen bed, bath, full kitchen, sitting area and washer/dryer
2) Main house "Retro Chic vibes by the Beach" - 2 bedroom (queen beds in each), 1 bath, full kitchen, sitting area
Please Note: we do have a strict NO pet, NO party, NO smoking policy in place for all guests
